This quote means
that when you try hard on something you going to get what you want. Everything is
possible by trying hard and by don’t giving up. In order to have a great
future, you'll need a goal, somewhere you're aiming. With effort, all is
possible. Knowing that you tried, did your best, and succeeded is the best
feeling only because you put effort in whatever it was that you were doing. For
example, if you study so many years, putting in effort to get the best grades,
and graduated, then it all pays off. Effort is key.
